Alphaville Enterprises LLC was officially founded in April 18 th 2022, however they have been operating under a different name, Danmarc Investing, since 2020. After one year Purchasing Lot Vacant and houses from tax sale, testing and fine tuning the target Market, they were able to establish their Persona and fine tune the focus. In October 2021, Danmarc purchased the firsts Vacant lots and house in Arkansas State and start the business after lot of search based on the method that could eliminate 98 % of the risk when buy properties from the tax sale per lower price and could make high profit
The Management
The company CEO is Marcos Pazini, who is on charge of the company overall strategy and product sourcing. Jose Ilton Pereira is and CMO, accumulating both functions and overlooking all operation and marketing activities, supervising the social media agency as well as the website team. Camila also manages salespersons and events. All decisions are made by unanimous vote, and all possibilities are evaluated before any final decisions are made. The company is managed by the owners and has one manager who is in charge of virtual team with 4 people and one salesperson and one market analyst, however they have plans to hire a General Manager, so they can handle the company the strategies and new deals.
